Love, love love. I bought this to make the Dubai chocolate and it was a huge hit. Roast these in a pan till golden then add pastashio butter. Cover with chocolate, let cool and enjoy. So much cheaper and cost effective them buy 1 candy bar.

My grandson wanted a Dubai cake for his birthday, I purchased the BISVUA Premium Dried Kataifi to use in his cake. The kataifi toasted up very nicely in a skillet on the stove and blended well in my pistachio cream filling. The cake was a hit and so was the BISVUA Kataifi. I would definitely purchase it again.

I used for Dubai brownies, also for ice cream, crunch in every bite, was really good.

Used for Dubai Chocolate bars made at home. The Kataifi supplied was perfect - cooked lightly in butter, mixed perfectly. More than enough for 4 batches of chocolate bars. 4 stars due to price - found locally at $4 less than on Amazon. If the price drops, then up to 5 stars.

You know I got this because of the Dubai chocolate trend on TikTok! I have never bought dried kataifi before so I can't compare, but the taste was perfect in my recipe. Delicious!

Besonders gefallen hat mir, dass keine schädlichen Zusatzstoffe oder Konservierungsmittel enthalten sind. Es eignet sich nicht nur hervorragend für Dubai-Schokolade, sondern auch ideal für Pudding und viele andere Dessertvariationen 😋

Mükemmel kalite

I can't find kataifi shredded filo dough easily, so I am not picky in my review. But I have to warn you that it comes in a soft bag which can easily let what is inside get crushed into small pieces in transit. I received mine fine, but I was surprised it did not get crushed. Another brand had a semi-hard plastic tray inside the bag that can prevent from crushing to a degree; I wish these had that too. The kataifi threads had medium length. The other brand I mentioned above were chopped very short. This one is not as short as that one. But if you plan to prepare traditional recipes, there are different dishes you can prepare with long threads and chopped ones. And if you are planning to get creative, I suppose chopped form gives you a wider range of possibilities. The taste is good. It can add a nice crunchiness if you plan to use it as an addition to a recipe. If you plan to use it as the main ingredient, make sure you check some recipes to make sure how to use it if you have never used it. When baked/cooked with butter, it does get more rigid and crunchier, but whether you want that or not depends on your recipe and your preference. It is made in Turkiye, a country where such ingredients are commonly used, so you can trust that they are made according to the specifications, but also note that such items can vary from one region to another according to taste preferences and differences in cuisine, so it might not be exactly what you expect. But I can say we liked it. The amount of 500gr is a good amount. But the price of $36 CAD at the time of writing feels quite high. But that is probably to be expected as this is a specialty item. Overall, I liked it and I can recommend it.
