Works well to boost my PH up. I form a uric acid kidney stones and I'm supposed to keep my urine pH alkaline. Claims to be tasteless, but it does make my water taste not the greatest so I just add a packet to other things and you'd never know what was in there. Does the trick!

This stuff seems to work but, it tastes TERRIBLE! The company states it has no apparent taste, that is a sales pitch with a lie! I mixed one serving into 40oz of water and yuck tried it for two weeks. But, it seems to work, I now shoot it with a shot glass and a gulp of water or use juice to cover the terrible taste which only makes the juice taste terrible. The taste only lasts a few seconds but it has a nasty taste don’t care what anyone says..
