Sorted my Tennis Elbow!
I bought these to help with a really painful bout of Tennis elbow and have found them to be great value for money and super alternative to the much more expensive Theraband Flexbars. Within a week or so of regular use the pain which had been keeping me awake at night had virtually completely disappeared and i was able to resume weight training in the gym. Quality wise they have kept their shape really well and the 3 different resistant levels have allowed progression.

Great tool for elbow joint pain
Was having some elbow joint pain which I quelled doing reverse Tyler twists. Started with the least resistance, went up to the one with the most. My physio is also happy with my using the product

Matériel de très bonne qualité et excellent pour le tennis elbow. Après l'avoir utilisé pendant 3 semaines, je note déjà la différence. Si vous n'êtes pas habitué au sport, je vous recommande de commencer avec la barre jaune, vu que la verte offre déjà pas mal de résistance

Meine Schmerzen aufgrund eines Tennisarm haben mich massiv eingeschränkt. Nach regelmäßigem Training mit den Flexi Bars ist eine deutliche Besserung eingetreten. Die Flexi Bars sind gut verarbeitet und erfüllen ihren Zweck.
