I use this for upset stomach and it works great! There is no sugar so it fits my diet requirements and it tastes good! It is also gluten free so it fits my diet! It is a little hard to chew but once it softens it is like regular gum!

This is my second review combining both refux gourmet products. The gel is a true winner allowing me to have my meals and sleep at night as long as I take it after meals and bedtime. The gum helps me when I'm on the go and need something to keep the process of minimizing acid reflux. They both work with reducing the throat irritation from acid in the esophagus or throat. The relux gel is natural and forms a protective shield that most other products don't do. As I said once before these wonderful products gave me life back and saved me front endless aggravation of the throat and esophagus.

This was not what I expected at all. The gum is disgusting — both the taste and texture are very unpleasant. To make matters worse, the seller states this item is not returnable on Amazon, so you’re stuck with it if you don’t like it. I would not recommend this product

The taste is good, but it isn't very soft to chew. Better to get the flavor out, leave in your mouth, and chew sporadically.

I really wanted to love this. It just doesn’t work for me. It’s also really hard to bite into. I love their other product.
