*** 1 month update: fish continue healthy and thriving, adding a quick video of the lively shubunkins zipping around with their 2 geriatric Comet friends. The long-time-resident Comets even seem to have perked up and stepped up their game since the arrival of the youngsters! (That's more food than I would normally give at a time but I wanted everyone to come in and hang around for me to catch the video.) Highly recommend Toledo Goldfish! *** 1 week update: all fish appear to be very healthy, active, and thriving. If anything happens to them from this point it'll be on me not the supplier. Very pleased with Toledo Goldfish! *** Day of arrival review: The fish were safely packaged and delivered on time. I like that they put a big yellow sticker on the outside of the box with clear instructions on how to equilibrate the water temperature and then release the fish, I knew how to do this but I'm sure others may not and having that on the outside can prevent some big errors. The fish are exactly as described, very nice specimens with a mix of lovely colorations. They arrived healthy, active and vigorous and when I released them one by one they all seemed ready to zoom around quite happily. From release this morning to frequent rechecks through the afternoon they still appear to be doing fine - I'll add an update to this in a few days but so far I'm very pleased!

Healthy and beautiful

Buying fish online was a bit of an internal struggle but all the fish suppliers in our area had EMPTY inventory week after week and we just finished our water garden and desperately wanted to have some little fish friends to enjoy it. These fish are BEAUTIFUL, great quality happy thriving little guys who are having a blast in our pond. Thank you to this company for finishing off our water garden with happy little friends! Bonus, we bought some tiny feeder comets that we thought we lost (all the store had a few weeks ago but now that tank that usually has 1000s of fish is empty as well) and we can see them today swimming around with the shubunkins now that they aren't as afraid to come out of the rocks! Don't hesitate to buy from this company, it was a great experience!

Fish arrived in less than 24 hours. All fish were alive, healthy, and in perfect condition. The fish were all a variety of beautiful colors which I really appreciated. I waited a few days to write a review just to be sure. I was hesitant at first to order fish through Amazon. I would order from this seller again. 10/10

This order was for 10 LIVING fish. every single one was dead, boiled and stinky and disgusting when i opened it the minute I opened the Fed Ex box, mere moments after delivery. Unacceptable, horrific death for the fish. I cannot return dead fish by post which seemingly is my own 'return' option!! Do not buy fish like this.

Pretty little babies! Got 6 instead of 5. They were next day air via ups, but a ups plane crash delayed them a day. Everyone was still swimming! Immaculate packaging! My Oranda has friends now in his 250 gallon pond!

Today, so far everything seems to be going okay, no dead fish, and they are coming up from the depths to feed, otherwise they are not seen in the 150gallon stock water tank. They are nice looking fish, we like the color. We will be ordering again I'm sure, we have a couple more stock tanks and a large pasture pond. Even with our backwoods, mtn top location in Idaho the two day delivery even with the leaking shipping bag saved the day. The wet box was falling apart, but had held together enough to make it here from??? Maybe double bagged needs to be a thought. Oh we do see the blue tint on some so maybe the pet store lady telling us about the males having the blue tint and the female not may be true.
