Sturdy but light weight. Its easy to stow away in a basket or kitchen cart. Does the job as expected. I left it sitting on the patty after smashing and later on it wasn't too hot to handle. Easy to clean and dishwasher safe. Its a smaller size then the usual 7 inches that I see. Just for the size specifications before you buy anything.

Excellent purchase although you could use a dinner plate to flatten the patty

Just the right size for handling and for burger size. It has enough weight to do the job but not so heavy it counts for weight lifting exercises.
