Small metal corner braces can be impressively expensive at your local hardware store and also at big box building materials stores. And I needed 24 of them. These braces are very good quality and a fine value at this price. Two caveats: They will come with a thin white film on one side that separates each brace from the next. I suppose you could install them with the film still on, but it is thin and I think it would eventually fall off. Or, you can do what I do, and peel off the film as soon as the braces arrive. This is not a quick job, because the film tends to tear while you are removing it and it will come off in several pieces. The other caveat is that these are stamped in a way that leaves a slight burr or somewhat sharp edge on one side of the brace. If you install the brace carefully, you can just leave the burr on, but I chose to remove mine with # 150 sandpaper. The burr comes off quickly and easily with this kind of sandpaper. The included screws are good quality and a good size for most uses. These braces are quite handsome, and it is a bonus to get them in stainless steel.

I purchased these brackets to help build a bottom brace for my Dodgers seats I purchased from the stadium 15+ years ago. The brackets worked like a charm.. I ended up using my own screws that were 2". The brackets are strong and holds the wood in place. I added wheels to the bottom and now can move the seats around in the garage.

These are really solid brackets. The packaging it came in was simple and undamaged. Each bracket is separated by a thin plastic film, and strung on a wire. There was a missed bit of steal on one that hadn't been sanded, but honestly I didn't particularly mind. I grew up around a shop and this is the type of item I would find in any local hardware store that makes these types of small parts on site. So it's kind of whatever to me. Otherwise, these brackets are great. They held up my shelves quite nicely.

These are pretty sturdy and easy to use. I would recommend them. We used them to mend and reinforce our old solid oak shelving unit. Would recommend for building and reinforcing.

These are sturdy little brackets. Not sure of the stainless content. But they worked well to beef up some new wood we put on the boat. At a much better price from the big box stores for what seemed to be the same quality.

Just wanted to confirm these appear to be stainless steel.. another user said they were galvanized steel... They are non magnetic and appear to be stamped out of stainless sheets. The material appears to have the grain you'd see on stainless sheet. Another user didn't seem to know you peel the protective film off, this comes off easy and in one piece and is there to protect as material is handled. Another user said they are sharp, the back/bottom corners are a bit sharp from being stamped. If you're using these for an inside corner you probably wont care after installation. Outside corner look elsewhere.
