For gut issues
I took 50,000 IU's of this a day, for 50 days and it increased my AKKERMENSIA bacteria and my Iga which is why my naturopath suggested it.

My eyes feel better after all dryness are gone.
I needed this vitamin a for my eyes. Multivitamin I am taking has betacaroten, but it was not enough, my eyes were dry and irritated. I take vitamin a 2 caps a day and my eyes feel really good, not dry anymore.

I have no review!! BUT, I do take Vit A everyday and I have for the last 82 years. Vit A helps with skin, hair and nails!!! I am 91 and have lovely hair, nails and "so so" skin!

Great price
Great price and the expiration date is 2 years from now. People were saying they would be past their expiration date, glad to see they were wrong. Got 2 for the same price I normally pay for 1.
