Works great, But!
Pro: I have been taking the black currant seed oil since October 2nd along with Standard Process Cataplex F. I have been so happy with it. My arthritis pain is gone and it has helped me where I didn't know it would is with my IBS-C. I struggled to have normal movement and ever since taking these I go every morning. Finally I fixed my main issues. Con: I didn't realize the side effects of the black currant seed oil and that is it doesn't allow clotting. If anyone is going to take this it is not recommended if you are on blood thinners (which I am not) and to stop taking it 2 weeks before a surgery. What is has caused for me is bleeding during my ovulation (this is when the blood starts to clot around your uterine wall) and I had 3 days of bleeding (Not Spotting). I am going to try and test it, I am going to reduce my intake to 1 a day and stop taking it 1 week before ovulation and start back up afterward. I am also going to try and find an alternative. I will update my review if any changes.

Life-Changing
I was on these and then forgot to take them for a week. In the week I went off of them, I got a terrible rash on my face and back. I can't prove that it is inter-related, because there were other new things, too, but as soon as I went back on them, the rash went away. I think they are very powerful for skin health, gut health and hormone regulation.
