As long as you don't mind a loud roll, these are some seriously flashy dice to have during a DND session. Highly recommend! If you were to assume the old bronze finish was on Ancient Brass Solid Metal, that would be incorrect. I decided that I would like the brass dice better without the ancient brass finish on them, so I used a very gentle metal polish and a paper towel to try to remove the finish. It worked and the dice are much shinier and brighter, but the surface of the metal has slightly bubbled up on a couple of the dice, leading me to believe that the dice are not actually made of Brass, rather another type of metal, as the color of the dice is now more a rose color instead of the brass color (maybe a thin plating? I'm not sure)...
