I have a sensitive stomach and most pre-workouts make me sick, but not this one. However, I am guessing that is just because it doesn't pack the same punch as typical pre-workouts. Overall, I would say it is worth a try. I have a pretty high caffeine tolerance and can go to sleep after just drinking an energy drink. For 13 bucks it's worth the try.
