The controllers themselves work great, low latency, long battery life, and can even be set to be players 3 and 4 (so with two standard NES controllers plugged in and these 2 wireless controllers, you now have 4 player action available).The only real problem I have with these controllers is the D-Pad. Instead of being a traditional four-way +, it's instead a disc that spins around and can be pressed in different places (think Intellivision controller if you've ever played one).It's a real shame because the wired controller that came with the Generation NEX was great. It had one of the best D-Pad's I'd ever used, and had extra shoulder buttons for alternate A and B buttons. The wireless controllers don't have the great D-Pad or the shoulder buttons, the Turbo and "Slow" buttons are still there, but they're both too awkward to use (just like on the wired NEX controller).I still use the controllers because being wireless is just so great to have with the NES, but if I'm going to be doing any sort of serious gameplay, I use the NES or NEX wired controllers. ### ⭐⭐⭐ Clunky operation. *by N***R on Reviewed in the United States 🇺🇸 on February 13, 2020* Not the smoothest but , in a pinch work ok. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ So far so good *by T***D on Reviewed in the United States 🇺🇸 on February 6, 2013* I recieved these controllers for christmas.
