A product code ending -B is a bare tool which means you get the tool only, with no battery or charger or bag or anything. The bare tools are intended for people who already have enough batteries and chargers to meet their needs. If you don't already have batteries and chargers etc you're better off buying a kit. The code will be much the same but instead of ending -B it will end in -P1 or -T2 or similar. The kit comes with a battery and charger, and often also includes a case or bag of some description. The kit usually works out cheaper than buying the battery and charger separately, although sometimes the kit comes with a small battery. **Q: Does this product come with a carry bag?** A: No just the bare tool **Q: Does this come with a battery?** A: no. it does not. i bought the dewalt drill/driver which came with 2 batteries. this was a much better deal (before christmas) than buying the aforementioned parts individually **Q: If the drill burns up, who do you contact to get it replaced?** A: I would contact the manufacturer, DeWalt. I don't off hand know what the warranty covers nor what the length of the warranty is. But DeWalt could tell you. Before contacting them I advise you to find your receipt for when you purchased it. I think DeWalt has product registration, not completely sure if they do. The 3/8” Chuck works perfectly to fit all drills and bits of the spectrum. The Variable Speed elongated paddle-like trigger works like a dream when variable amounts of finger pressure is applied…it is very responsive, convenient and intuitive to use. The design too offers a wider grip access for the operator depending on the needed hold for the task at hand and the trigger accommodates a wider variety of working grip holds quite well. There is an LED that automatically turns on when pressing the trigger, nice especially in tight spaces. The 2 Speed Settings are made to deliver on needed versatility of use and the reverse is easy to use located near the trigger paddle. Comes with a belt clip installed on the right side for convenient access from a tool belt. Also included is an operating manual. No battery or charger is included although the DeWalt 20V Max Batteries do fit perfectly as tested.
