She was polite and helpful, even as she and I had to message multiple times before we both understood the problem with my diffuser. I am being sent a replacement glass piece. Fingers crossed! This diffuser is perfect when it works. I purchased this diffuser in November of 2019, and it was AMAZING! Huge output, gorgeous smell, covered the entire downstairs of my house, which has big open spaces. It has inexplicably stopped working, though- the tiniest whisp of output, almost no smell at all, even if I put my nose right next to it. I hate to give it a bad rating, because it is fantastic when it works. However, a $100 diffuser should still work after just over a year. I tried to find a way to email the company, because I hate to give a bad rating, but I got led in circles through Amazonia trying to find a contact.
