I was contacted by company once, with no further contact following. I do not recommend this product! **Q: Can this be used on carpets?** A: This pod works in your washing machine. If your carpet fits in your washer, then the only question is what fiber is the carpet made from? Splattered overspray tilex on my top of my suit and I wash it right away and the bleach spits came through. I bought this product and it was amazing. The directions were very easy to work with I did exactly with the description or the directions tell you to do and it came out perfectly the color I had to go a little darker on the color so I had to put the whole warm-up suit together to make it even suit color, pants and top and it came out perfectly.
