Review: Makes building easier, but expensive - I used this board for my latest build, a medium sized hexcopter using the Cube Black (Pixhawk 2.0) flight controller. Having the power distrubution integrated into the carrier made the build go much faster and I think it's probably more reliable than using the airframe's lower plate. Adding power for my receiver, the Hex Herelink, was as simple as connecting to the +5VDC connector, and I also have a regulated +12VDC/2A rail for my payload. The instructions are somewhat clear if you've done some building or modding in the past, but it helps to know your way around Mission Planner.
