Gros problèmes de livraison (mélange dans les modèles et planches cassées) en temps normal j’aurais enlevé deux étoiles.Mais un SAV au top, très ré-actif et à l’écoute qui mérite de regagner ses deux étoiles perdues !Au final nous avons bien reçu le lit qui est vraiment joli. Notre bébé l’adore !Juste pour conseil, les livreurs n’ayant pas le temps de vous laisser le soin de contrôler tout le contenu, il vaut mieux signer le bon de livraison en notant « avec réserve » et ce même si les cartons sont en bon état.

Le matelas est peu épais (0.60 m x 1.10m) et n'est pas aux dimensions standard (0.60 m x 1.20m). Serait-ce les dimensions propres à AMAZON ?Je constate que dans les magasins spécialisés les matelas pour bébé font 0.60 m x 1.20 m.Je vous rassure j'ai passé commande chez vous pour un matelas plus épais donc plus confortable.Merci
