May contain traces of soy due to agricultural practices. **Q: What do you usually mix this product with to drink.....I saw a couple of you mentioned almond milk and ice but I was wondering about other 'recipies'?** A: Before I purchased, I saw a lot of people saying they didn't like the flavor or it didn't mix well. After reading lots of comments and reviews, I noticed that customers that used a blender or vitamix, etc. to blend it well, all really liked it and didn't have issues with it not blending well. Since following that advice, I really like it. I use the vanilla and chocolate flavors on a daily basis. I make smoothies with it at least once per day, (usually for breakfast), once in a while I will make it twice in a day (breakfast & lunch), with a healthy meal for dinner. In my vitamix, I put 10 oz unsweetened almond milk, 1 scoop of raw meal, 2 bananas, and 2 handfuls of ice- it makes it thicker, creamier like a milkshake. Another way I make it in my vitamix- 10 oz unsweetened almond milk, 1 scoop of raw meal, 1-2 cups of frozen fruit (sometimes I use just blueberries, or just strawberries, or sometimes mixed berries, really any of your favorite fruits.) I highly recommend it. It keeps me full longer, less snacking throughout the day.
