It does not have any communication in it. Just a stand alone we use for boiler and RO testing. **Q: Is the Ph sensor replaceable?** A: Yes, the pH is replaceable with this unit. The probe typically last 2 years under normal usage. For maximum probe life span, it is key to store the probe "wet" at all times with the provided probe storage solution. Also, make sure the unit is not stored below freezing as the pH probe could fail. **Q: Can this unit check nacl concentration in ppm?** A: Yes, you will just need to change the Solution Type for TDS to NaCl.
