Also the handle is tough plastic and not maple as described. I was for sending it back but my brother loved it at first sight so job done! **Q: Will it work for a 5 Ft. tall person?**
A: I'mjust below 5. Ft and it's perfect for me!

**Q: Are the handles replaceable?**
A: Thank you for your question. We attempted to remove the handle on the floor model we have, and it wouldn't budge. You can however, use a handle cover on this.

**Q: Is this approved for airplanes ?**
A: I folded my cane into my bag. Yet, you can place your cane on the conveyer belt. It goes through x rays and there is no problem.
