So many dark colors mixed between white. My sewing teacher recommended this product. I believe this product is made without whiteners, brighteners and color optimizers which is what you want for your quilts. I will tell you that I also placed a handful of color catchers in the wash just to be extra safe. I washed this at the laundry mat on a regular cycle (so I could use cold water) with this product and color catchers and it came out great!
