We were learning about mosaics and created our own mosaics at the end of the lesson. These pieces were very easy to work with and the colors were really pretty. Regular white school glue worked wonderfully on these tiles. I liked how the pieces were separated by shape, because it helped kids easily find what they were looking for based on what design they wanted to do. The only downside was that we had significantly more square pieces than triangles and rhombus, but both of those shapes were big hits. I would have liked more of those sizes in the "Mixed Shape" set. Most of the colors are bright - red, yellow, orange, green, some shades of blue, except for the deep deep reddish-brown ones, which are almost opaque. I pull those out and discard them.
