Cue these resistance bands, which I am determined will be used - and regularly - to assist me in my aim of developing and retaining the muscle strength I need for stability and to prevent falls. Often the handgrips on equipment cause me great discomfort, rather than the effort I am making and so these are beyond my expectations. I can clasp firmly because of their diameter and consistency and concentrate on the movement and my form, rather than the pain caused by the grips. I’m sure this will be of benefit to everyone, not just those with physical health issue. The product looks first rate, well manufactured and compact. Review: The Gentleperson's Guide to Elasticated Self-Improvement - Rating: ★★★★★ (5/5 - Quiet Triumph Over Gravity & Apathy) Let's be clear. These are not mere strips of brightly coloured latex. They are physical manifestations of hope, optimism, and the faint, nagging voice that says you really should do something about that while you're watching another documentary about otters. They arrived in a neat little pouch, smelling faintly of determination and new rubber. The assortment of resistances—from 'Gentle Persuasion' to 'Absolute Blighter'—means you can start your journey with the faint twang of the yellow one and work your way up to the black one, which appears to be made from the same material as lorry tyres and seems to actively resent being stretched. The handles are sturdy, the door anchor surprisingly philosophical about its sole purpose in life, and the entire kit has a cheerful, un-intimidating vibe. Using them is a satisfyingly quiet rebellion against entropy. No loud clangs, no complicated machinery—just you, a band, and a silent pact to slightly annoy a specific muscle group. They work. Oh, they work. You'll discover muscles you forgot you had, all from the comfort of your own living room, while still within nodding distance of the biscuit tin. It's fitness for people who find gyms loud and judgmental. Five stars. My biceps are confused but politely impressed, and I've yet to launch myself through a window, which is always a bonus. ## Features - Warning:This product is not suitable for running or skating. - Start Working Out Without Feeling Overwhelmed：Designed for beginners, women, and rehab training, this set helps you build strength gradually with manageable resistance - Train with Confidence, Not Fear of Snapping：Reinforced connections and tested resistance help reduce snapping risks often found in low-quality bands - Stronger Where Most Bands Fail：Upgraded stitching, thicker webbing, and enlarged connection points improve durability in high-stress areas - Smooth, Consistent Resistance Every Time：Premium natural latex maintains elasticity without sudden changes or early wear - Easily Adjust to Your Fitness Level：Use one band or combine multiple bands to match your strength and progress over time - Train Your Whole Body with One System：Perform light chest press, squats, curls, stretching, and mobility exercises at home - More Ways to Train, Not Just One Setup：Includes handles, ankle straps, and door anchor for versatile beginner-friendly workouts - More Comfortable for Daily Use：Ergonomic handles and smooth resistance reduce strain during longer sessions - Workout Anywhere, Anytime：Lightweight and portable for home, office, or travel use - Backed by a 1-Year Warranty：Reliable support for your fitness journey ## Technical Specifications | Specification | Value | |---------------|-------| | ASIN | B07KFSCD47 | | Best Sellers Rank | 2,822 in Sports & Outdoors ( See Top 100 in Sports & Outdoors ) 73 in Resistance Bands | | Brand | TheFitLife | | Brand Name | TheFitLife | | Colour | 110lbs | | Country Of Origin | China | | Customer Reviews | 4.5 out of 5 stars 36,365 Reviews | | Included Components | Lightweight carry bag, strong door anchors, a pair of larger straps and handles | | Included components | Lightweight carry bag, strong door anchors, a pair of larger straps and handles | | Item Thickness | 1 Inches | | Item Type Name | resistance bands | | Manufacturer | TheFitLife | | Manufacturer Part Number | TFL-NewResBands-000 | | Material | Natural Rubber | | Material Type | Natural Rubber | | Model Name | Thefitlife | | Model Number | TFL-NewResBands-000 | | Number of Resistance Levels | 5 | | Product Warranty | 365 days | | Recommended Uses For Product | Strength & Yoga Exercises | | Recommended uses for product | Strength & Yoga Exercises | | Special Features | removable soft handles, ankle straps, door anchor | | Sport | Exercise & Fitness | | Sport Type | Exercise & Fitness | | Style Name | Resistance Band | | Tension Supported | Heavy | ## Product Details - **Brand:** TheFitLife - **Colour:** 110lbs - **Item weight:** 1.7 Pounds - **Material:** Natural Rubber - **Sport:** Exercise & Fitness ## Images ![TheFitLife Resistance Bands Set with Handles, Door Anchor & Ankle Straps - Image 1](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/813QcYFZvRL.jpg) ![TheFitLife Resistance Bands Set with Handles, Door Anchor & Ankle Straps - Image 2](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/915r24nNXGL.jpg) ![TheFitLife Resistance Bands Set with Handles, Door Anchor & Ankle Straps - Image 3](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/81GqZozmw+L.jpg) ![TheFitLife Resistance Bands Set with Handles, Door Anchor & Ankle Straps - Image 4](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/815-XrmKHLL.jpg) ![TheFitLife Resistance Bands Set with Handles, Door Anchor & Ankle Straps - Image 5](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/81122+dHe9L.jpg) ## Available Options This product comes in different **Size** options. ## Questions & Answers **Q: Can i buy an extra door stop** A: I think you can. I found the door anchor tricky to use as my standard bedroom doors didn’t have a wide enough gap to fit the handle through. The ankle straps are comfortable. ## Frequently Bought Together - TheFitLife Resistance Bands with Handles - Designed for American Body Types, Exercise Workout Tubes for Men, Women, Includes Large Handles, Ankle Straps, Door Anchor, Fitness Levels - Fit Simplify Resistance Loop Exercise Bands with Instruction Guide and Carry Bag, Set of 5 - Resistance Bands for Working Out with Workout Bands Guide. 4 Booty Bands for Women Men Fabric Elastic Bands for Exercise Bands Resistance Bands for Legs Bands for Working Out Hip Thigh Glute Bands Set --- ## Why Shop on Desertcart? - 🛒 **Trusted by 1.3+ Million Shoppers** — Serving international shoppers since 2016 - 🌍 **Shop Globally** — Access 737+ million products across 21 categories - 💰 **No Hidden Fees** — All customs, duties, and taxes included in the price - 🔄 **15-Day Free Returns** — Hassle-free returns (30 days for PRO members) - 🔒 **Secure Payments** — Trusted payment options with buyer protection - ⭐ **TrustPilot Rated 4.5/5** — Based on 8,000+ happy customer reviews **Shop now:** [https://www.desertcart.at/products/109605813-thefitlife-resistance-bands-set-with-handles-door-anchor-and-ankle](https://www.desertcart.at/products/109605813-thefitlife-resistance-bands-set-with-handles-door-anchor-and-ankle) --- *Product available on Desertcart Austria* *Store origin: AT* *Last updated: 2026-10-21*
