I used the 75lbs best to train for firefighting. You can run in it but it hurts the back after a mile with it bouncing around. The material has a premium texture and the weight distribution feels natural across the body which makes workouts more intense and effective. It definitely adds a challenge and feels heavy in a satisfying way without restricting movement too much. However the pockets designed to hold the weight blocks are quite slim and can be frustrating to use. It takes some effort to slide the weights in properly and during workouts the shoulder weights have a tendency to slip out which can be annoying and interrupt the session. A tighter or more secure pocket design would make a big improvement.
