I can wear it underneath my clothes (with slight discomfort but only because I have sensitive skin) and it will remain hidden. No one will be able to tell you're wearing it unless you have a shirt with a wide neck collar. It does fit me, but I have it tightened almost to the limit, which concerns me that it may not fit people with smaller stature than me (I'm 6ft tall). Most importantly, it does work! The product doesn't physically prevent you from having bad posture.I tend to keep my shoulders slightly forward when sitting at a desk, which causes some discomfort with the straps, but that's a good thing because I need to learn good sitting posture.Overall, the product is comfortable, aerated, padded, and easy to adjust.
