My only advice if you're looking to run a Chaos and/or Masked Hero deck is to buy one of these and get the rest of the cards separately. Buying 3 of these is ridiculous because, in my opinion, it comes with a lot of useless cards and it'd be more expensive. Buy one of these to add to your collection and buy the rest of them separately (i.e. 2 more Form Change, 2 more Mask Change, 2 more Shadow Mist) because it will be cheaper that way. This is the deck I'm running right now and it's EXTREMELY consistent. The basic goal is to normal/special summon Shadow Mist so I can get out Anki and/or Dark Law. If you want neos fusions, you gonna have to get the 2007 starter deck **Q: Does this deck have fusion cards?** A: Yes 5, but only Contrast Hero Chaos and Elemental Hero Great Tornado need a fusion card.
