It can be navigated without a knowledge of German. A battery pack and charger were on sale at least three months ago. I found it too expensive in Euro (cheaper now) and did not order it. I am in the USA. I think if you search for Torro.de you should find it. There are also Torro tanks for sale on EBay whose vendors might sell accessories. Good luck! **Q: Does this come in a wooden box like other Torro vehicles.** A: There is no wooden box with this model just cardboard display pack . Radio control is not the best but at the price it is a good model as is and there are after market up grades out there.
