**Q: What is the percentage of almonds in the product?**
A: Ingredients: almonds (45%), sugar, glucose syrup (From wheat), water.

**Q: how should this be stored before opening**
A: It can just be kept in your kitchen pantry prior to opening.

**Q: What is the expiration date/use by date on the paste bought in October 2022?**
A: I am assuming you want to know if you can still use your almond paste in October: almond paste dies not spoil like milk. I have used mine at least a month beyond the use by date and it was just as good.

**Q: Can I use this in coffee?**
A: This is ground almonds with some sugar & syrup in it. The liquid basically holds it together so it is solid (soft). It comes wrapped in silver plastic. I use it to bake cookies I wouldn't use it in coffee. Though I don't know what it would do, I think you would end up with undissolved granules in your cup.

This is perfect almond paste for so many great desserts. The flourless almond cookies were awesome. I guess the cookies would be great for those who have to be gluten free. I’ll be buying more and more !!!
