The yarn is quality for sure and even though on the pricey side now, it is really worth the money. I make crochet afghans for customers and they are usually very picky about colors. It is very important to have a high quality yarn that will last for many years to come. This one qualifies for sure. It is rated a 4 weight (medium) but when it is worked up it seems thick. It is certainly very durable. This one will not break with wear. the colors work up really nicely. It does seem to be not an Ombre nor a strip like other yarns but it is a slower color change than a variegated yarn. I really like it! My customer loves the colors.
