## Questions & Answers

**Q: Can you attach a shockmount to this stand? Will it support the weight?**
A: I'm unsure what a shock mount is but the stand is very sturdy. I'd guess it would hold at least 5lbs. Just googled shock mount yes it will hold.

**Q: Is the base detachable from the gooseneck part? In one of the pictures on this product page, it shows the bottom base separated from gooseneck part.**
A: Each stand can be separated into three parts: the holder, the neck and the base.

**Q: what's the diameter or circumference of the clip?  I have a wireless Samsung mic and it's 4.5" o 5" in circumference & approx. 4 mm in diameter.**
A: You will need to change the clip. A good rubber wireless clip should be purchased. Very easy change. This is a good heavy flexible stand

**Q: Can the mic be aimed downwards without falling off?**
A: Depends on how heavy your mic is. I use mine for A moderately hefty kick drum mic, and it can hold it up If I don’t tilt the gooseneck too much. I can’t imagine that anything could be too heavy to make it tip, and if you have trouble you can just turn the base the other direction.
