Start time is immediate. Weeds will start trying to hide under the grass when they see you coming with this. Quality – The quality is good and solid. It’s typical of the usual Black and Decker products I’ve owned. Battery Life – The battery life is strong. I use this across several properties and have never had to switch the battery out. Weight – The weight is light and easy to pick up. It feels about the same as a rake or a typical garden tool. Ease of Use – The trimmer has no vibration and is easy to control. Switching the line when it goes out is quick—just keep the line tight and thread it through the hole. Power – Like all Black and Decker tools, the power and speed is great and it gets the job done. About 70% of my tools are Black and Decker, and this is one of the main reasons why. Value for the Money – Black and Decker is one of the cheapest product lines and worth every penny.
