The Over-The-Top String Bender system is designed to install using existing holes only, taking advantage of standard instruments bridge fixing screw holes and strap button screw holes. Our patent pending design sets itself apart from all other string bender mechanisms with two key innovations: a control cable used to connect the system's levers, and a custom made hollow screw to allow the B string to pass from the saddle through to the systems main lever. However, I too was looking for a G bender. I contacted Van Rosa directly and set me up with prototype G bender that is not for sale yet as far as I know. Try contacting them directly, they might be able to set you up with something. Tell 'em Mitch sent ya!! :) **Q: Can the spring tension be adjusted or does it just have one fixed setting? What are the throw lengths?** A: My experience with this unit is limited, as when I was installing it, it quickly became very obvious that the materials and hardware are WAY to weak and cheaply made, and decided to return it before I finished the installation. The actuating arm and base are very thin metal, the cable ends didn’t fit correctly; the screws and nuts are about strong enough for a wristwatch, etc... I have worked with metal my whole life, so I do know what I’m talking about. **Q: I only need the strap button. Is there a way I can get it without buying the whole system?** A: It's just an ordinary strap button. They're available in music stores and online. **Q: The saddles i received do not resemble the saddles shown on this listing pics. the only ones that does is the b string saddle. why..?** A: Not sure mine came the same way.
