I couldn’t be happier with its performance and quality. The build is solid and lightweight, yet durable enough to provide excellent stability for the cartridge. The silver finish is sleek and complements my turntable perfectly, adding a modern touch to my setup. It feels high-quality in hand, and the craftsmanship is evident in every detail. Once installed, the headshell provided a secure and precise connection, ensuring optimal sound quality and tracking performance. I also appreciate the ergonomic finger lift, which makes cueing records easy and comfortable. It’s a small but thoughtful detail that enhances the overall user experience. For the price, this headshell is an outstanding value and a worthy investment for anyone looking to improve their turntable setup. Whether you’re a casual listener or an audiophile, the AT-HS6SV delivers reliability and style in one package. Highly recommend! Review: Sleek and well balanced LP - I’m giving it 5 stars despite the screws being to short for this Denon DL110 cartridge that this was intended for. I feel it should come with a couple more sets of screws to accommodate taller carts, and maybe even a weight, but then again, cartridges typically include proper length screws(which the Denon did). The quality is very good. It’s sleek, and well balanced. It feels good in the hand. I’d like to see this in more colors besides silver and black. Red, and white would look fantastic. I’ll likely buy more of these. ## Features - Universal ½"-mount headshell for 4-pin turntable cartridges - Ultra-lightweight aluminum die-cast body keeps vibration to the bare minimum - Finger lift enables precise stylus placement - Equipped with color-coded lead wires - Includes mounting screws ## Technical Specifications | Specification | Value | |---------------|-------| | ASIN | B07N3W8B5L | | Additional Features | Ultra-lightweight Aluminum Body, Gold-plated Lead Wires, Finger Lift for Precise Stylus Placement | | Best Sellers Rank | #8,379 in Musical Instruments ( See Top 100 in Musical Instruments ) #27 in DJ Turntable Cartridges | | Brand | Audio-Technica | | Built-In Media | Headshell, mounting screws | | Color | Black | | Compatible Devices | Half-inch Cartridge Mount, SME Tonearm Mount | | Customer Reviews | 4.7 out of 5 stars 703 Reviews | | Cycles | AC Motor | | Enclosure Material | Aluminum | | Global Trade Identification Number | 04961310147068 | | Included Components | Headshell, mounting screws | | Item Weight | 27.22 g | | Manufacturer | Audio-Technica | | Material | Aluminum | | Mfr Part Number | AT-HS6BK | | Model Name | AT-HS6BK | | Model Number | AT-HS6BK | | Number of Items | 1 | | Power Source | Manual | | Signal Format | Analog | | Special Feature | Ultra-lightweight Aluminum Body, Gold-plated Lead Wires, Finger Lift for Precise Stylus Placement | | Style | Boom Microphone Stand with Telescopic Arm | | Style Name | Boom Microphone Stand with Telescopic Arm | | UPC | 042005202126 | | Unit Count | 1 Count | | Warranty Description | 9 Year Warranty | ## Product Details - **Brand:** Audio-Technica - **Included Components:** Headshell, mounting screws - **Special Feature:** Ultra-lightweight Aluminum Body, Gold-plated Lead Wires, Finger Lift for Precise Stylus Placement - **Material:** Aluminum - **Item Weight:** 27.22 g - **Color:** Black - **Model Name:** AT-HS6BK - **Signal Format:** Analog - **Manufacturer:** Audio-Technica - **UPC:** 042005202126 ## Images ![Audio-Technica AT-HS6BK Universal Turntable Headshell, Black - Image 1](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/71fnOuG-4xL.jpg) ## Available Options This product comes in different **Color** options. ## Questions & Answers **Q: Will this fit a Denon DP45f straight arm turntable?** A: No. "S" shaped only. **Q: What’s the difference between this and the At-hs1?** A: In my opinion their the same just this is a upgraded version basically **Q: Will this fit an audio technica lp-3?** A: The Audio-Technica AT-HS6BK will fit AUDIO-TECHNICA LP-120XUSB. **Q: What is the difference between the at-hs6 and the at-hs6bk** A: I think the color, one is black & other silver ## Customer Reviews ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Solid Build, Sleek Design, and Excellent Performance! *by K***N on December 16, 2024* The Audio-Technica AT-HS6SV Universal Turntable Headshell is a fantastic upgrade for any turntable setup. I worked perfectly as it included a number of mounting screws to mount the cartridge. It looks kind of retro so it makes a nice overall look for my old equipment. ## Frequently Bought Together - Audio-Technica AT-HS6BK Universal Turntable Headshell, Black - Audio-Technica AT-VM95ML Dual Moving Magnet Turntable Phono Cartridge (Red) - Hudson Hi-Fi Turntable Cartridge Alignment Kit - The Audiophile Purists Perfected 3-Piece LP Cartridge Setup Set.
