It as purchased from Zen products who’ve been incredible to deal with, replacement machine sent to me immediately and the company arranged uplift. I would buy from them in the fiture Review: It vibrates - Background: I'm a runner who has used the Power Plate in the gym (when its open, but closed due to Covid19) to help release pressure within my muscles. Its surprised me how effective this is. I could not stretch my left hamstring at all, even after a physio appointment. The Power plate released what ever the problem was and my running got back to normal. Reviber Super Slim Vibration Plate is not the same as Power Plate, but it is a good substitute for what I need. The Reviber has 99 speed settings and 5 alternating programs. The maximum time length is 30 minutes, which is probably about enough time. It also has elastic hand tools to work the upper body at the same time. I also use the plate to lie my leg muscles on top of the plate, allowing the vibrations to release any pressure. The remote control is easy to use and there are a poster and instruction booklet. The unit is well made and weighs 16kg.
