Review: Perfect size and easily resealable. - This is one of the best potato starches I have used so far. There is something nice about the end taste of this product as well compared to few others. The real beauty I think is that it’s not too small. It’s the right size, you can use it plenty of times before it feels like it’s reaching the end, but it’s not so big that it takes up space in your kitchen. On a plus size too, it’s resealable! I think it’s hard to find potato starch that isn’t packaged so small or difficult to close. I really enjoyed this. Will purchase again.

**Q: For those of you using as a resistant starch, how many tablespoons mixed in how much water do you use?**
A: 1 heaping tablespoon in an 8 ounce glass of water

**Q: can i make instant mashed potatoes with this?**
A: It's very fine potato starch and the consistency would be weird if you tried to make potatoes from it. More like a paste. If you want a really pure instant mashed potatoes, try Honest Earth All Natural Creamy Mash. Purest ones that I've found.

**Q: What country do the potatoes come from?**
A: I'm not sure, but I've always known one variety of potatoes as Irish potatoes.  Don't now if that means anything.

**Q: Do you have instant potatoes ?**
A: Very good item

This is one of the best potato starches I have used so far. There is something nice about the end taste of this product as well compared to few others.
