Review: It’s awesome - It’s an awesome cd for me to replace my old one and it works so I can listen to it.
Review: Nice To Meet You... You're It... YOU'RE THE ULTIMATE, YOU! - I am one of those unlucky people, who grew up without Disney Channel or Lindsay Lohan appearences. I live in Turkey and since the day Thomas Mottola took over CASABLANCA, I weren't aware of somebody named Linsay Lohan. I need to be honest, my interest for Lohan was just because Mottola never failed with his artists for a long time. Mariah, Jessica Simspson, Destiny's Child, Shakira... And, all of them turned out to be smart pop icons on their own. They expressed their music nicely, and they were quite striking. I tried to hear from Lohan for a long time but all I got was "Rumors". Which at first I said "Britney wannabe?"; then when I learned that it was Lohan singing it I forced to "like" it. Yet, Universal liscencee in Turkey was closed and this disc wasn't released in here. I bought it from desertcart and listened to it... Now I understood why "Rumors" got me 'dizzy'; 'coz Lindsay Lohan had a style which couldn't be provided by Cory Rooney or J.Lo crew. Then I got to see "Confessions of a Teenage Drama Queen", "Freeky Friday" and "Mean Girls". And, I came to a solution that Lindsay Lohan is pure AMERICAN! Real AMERICAN teenage musician. Songs in the movies like "Move On", "Ultimate", "I Decide"... made me understand the fact that Lindsay Lohan couldn't be over-produced by some crews. "Rumors" is a mistake, yet not to cry after. Kara DioGuari and persons worked for Lindsay Lohan made it highly TO THE POINT songs. I adore them. All could get a high 95/100 from me. OVER is my fav-tune since the CD arrived. I am not a rock listener that much; my style could be said to be R&B/Latin. I don't dive to pop waters that much. SPEAK is an AA album. The only thing that is LACKING in this album is the Lohan movie tracks. I'd die to have all in a DEBUT album. That would be offering and classy. I highly recommend SPEAK and Ashlee Simpson's AUTOBIOGRAPHY at the same time. Though they are friends, though they only have a little chart rivalry; These both albums are RIGHT head to toe. Consider it as a double disc. I got locked to a name Kara DioGuari when I checked the lyrics. They are real GOOD! Good! You gotta have it. Can't miss it. Hope Lohan keeps her style of music this way. 'Coz "Rumors" is not Lohan herself. It's just the "Drama Queen" pretending as if she hadn't got a style... This is truly American Art. And, I loved it!

### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Lindsay Speaks
*by D***H on December 8, 2004*

I have always been a Lindsay Lohan fan since I saw her on Freaky Friday. I have always liked her songs she has done for the different movies she has been in so I have been waiting for this album for a few years now and it was well worth the wait! Lindsay mixes pop, rock, and dance music all in one on this album and it works! I was kind of nervous when I heard it was going to be a mix of pop and dance and rock but I was quite pleased with the results. Her album has a mix of Britney Spears, Avril Lavigne, and Vanessa Carlton and then some. My favorite songs are Symptoms of You, Speak, Over, and Rumors. But there really isn't a song I don't like on it. I would recommend this album to anyone who also likes Avril, Britney, Ashlee Simpson, and Vanessa Carlton.
