The manufacturer website has the oem cable for 10 dollars plus shipping, but this one was only 8, what could go wrong? A lot apparently, The first thing I learned was the mute switch did not mute my conversation and the people I was playing with heard my side of a phone conversation. The second major problem was static coming from the mic line. Group members complained that it was loud static coming from me, and we decided I need to go without the headset till I get it figured out. I ordered the OEM cable and received it a few days later. I should have spent the extra 5 dollars and saved myself the aggravation. this is a strict Do Not Buy from me. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Perfect *by C***R on Reviewed in the United States on April 30, 2019* Works great so far.This could definitely be improved but won’t be an issue for everyone.
