I don’t have any back problems yet but a bad posture now will lead to bad back in the future and that’s not what I want which is why I tried this.I was going to buy an electronic posture corrector where it will buzz when you’re back is not straight but they’re like £69 and not guaranteed to work so decided against it.I’ve had it and worn it for a couple weeks now. Mainly in the office. Initially I wore it on the outside in case it got too uncomfortable I could take it off but it wasn’t too bad so left it all day. As a result my colleagues started calling me Iron man or X-men (due to the strap at the back looking somewhat like a prop from a movie).When sitting down during the first few days I always found myself slouching as usual. It doesn’t automaticallly fix your posture. When walking however, I realised my back was very straight.It was a constant reminder to stop my slouching so i’d spend more time with a straighter back.One day, I forgot to wear it and realised myself automatically straightening my back way more frequently. I now wear it under a jumper or on top of underwear when I’m out and about and no one realises and I can’t even see it.This product doesn’t work overnight. You need to constantly wear it and what it does it starts to use the muscles that keep your correct posture so it grows and then keeping a back straight will become less difficult and tiresome.I hope by the end of the month it’ll show more improvements. It’s not uncomfortable to wear per se, but it’s not comfortable either. You will realise it the first week but you get used to it. Scoliosis runs in my family and parents watched my posture religiously. All previous ones had some kind of issue with them. This one is very comfy, because of its wide stripes on shoulders. You can regulate the tightness and the size with the velcro strip on your mid-rift. It doesn’t cause discomfort in the armpit area if you put it according to the instructions. I wear it under my jumper to work(office sitting job) and also to the gym. So far I am happy. Just warning. Don’t wear it for too long since you don’t want to weaken your muscles!
