**Q: Does this chair come pre-assembled? 
If not, what tools did you need to assemble it & how long did it take?**
A: Yes is does it comes in a huge box and it is super light and super strong made with 12 or 16 gauge steel i'm about 400lbs and this chair is great

**Q: Can casters (wheels) be added?**
A: Probably not.  I guess you technically could, if you had some strong drills and welding material, but I would imagine that it would be difficult.  The base chair itself is not made for wheels.

**Q: What are the extra two bracket pieces and four screws for?**
A: If you mean the ganging bracket, a piece of metal with two slots in it, they're so you can join multiple chairs together in a row.

**Q: Can the cushions on the chairs be replaced**
A: Probably but the chair comes fully put together. Personally I wouldn't change the chair at all. I think it would compromise the sturdiness of the chair. A cover could be put on if you want.
