It’s easy to apply the product with your gloved fingers. It’s almost foil proof. Brush hair thoroughly before starting. Do a strand test, so u know how long to leave this product in your hair. Apply to one entire strand at a time. Start from the back of the head towards the front. Pull your hair up with a clip & put the clear plastic bag over it to retain heat & speed up processing. Rinse out in the recommended time or according to your test strand from earlier. Rinse out in the shower. Apply shampoo packet. Rinse again. Towel dry.
