fits perfectly with some trimming into a batting helmet, although you may want to bring this with you when you buy a new helmet.  some helmets are a little snugger than others, so you want to make sure it's comfortable in whatever helmet you choose.  If you have a helmet that's a little too big (for younger players) it helps snug it up so it doesn't wobble (although it's a really expensive way to pad a helmet just so it doesn't wobble).

I could not believe how easy it was to insert this liner  into my son's helmet.  He used to have headaches after practice, and he no longer has them. This product has given him more confidence to practice and play aggressively.
