**Q: What's the expiration date the bread flour?**
A: The date varies according to when you bought it, as it does with regular flour.  BUT with organic flour it's usually only 4 to 6 months for the "best by" date, not "years" like it is with regular bleached flour.  (This makes great bread in my bread machine, by the way!)

**Q: Is this High Gluten Flour?**
A: Yes, no problem using it with my break machine to make breads.

**Q: Is this the organic unbleached bread flour by king arthur?   because one of the photos shows that it is non-organic.**
A: NO. I received conventional, not organic, flour. Scam.

**Q: Is this bread flour the same as 00 or Cake flour?**
A: No because bread flour, 00 flour and cake flour are three different things.
