This supplement is great because it is filled with so many other herbs which carry their own health benefits as well. I take the recommended 3 capsules every night right before I'm ready for bed, within 20 minutes I'm asleep and I sleep WELL. Since taking these I noticed my rest heart rate at night and decreased and I wake more rested than I ever have. About the Brand: Ancient Nutrition has some of the best and pure products on the market. They have done an amazing thing and utilize natural herbs and spices that we used to consume on a regular basis, but no longer have it available to us due to our diets. Anything from them is well worth the purchase. Pro tip: Don't take this until you are ready to fall asleep, if you take them and stay up watching TV or on your phone, they will not help you sleep. Turn off screens (you should do this anyway), turn off lights, pop the magnesium and close your eyes. Review: Healthy vitiams! Recommend - Thee have helped so much with my migraines and sleeping much better through the night… I highly recommend these the quality is amazing! No after taste like the calcium pills ## Features - VITAMINS- This supplement contains 300 milligrams of enzyme-activated magnesium which supports calmness and a positive outlook. In the modern world, we often do not consume our daily recommended amount of magnesium through diet alone, so supplementation is a good option if you’re not receiving your daily value. - ANCIENT NUTRIENTS TCM BLEND- Our Traditional Chinese Method blend is based off of a Chinese tradition using herbs that has been around for more than 2,000 years. This blend features Skullcap extract, known as a traditional tonic herb, Bovine liver and Wild Hake Roe, which are considered some of the most nutrient-dense foods on this planet. We also added collagen-rich bone broth and Rhodiola extract, which is an ancient adaptogen. - CONVENIENCE- Take capsule once per day with 8 oz. of water. Can be taken with or without food, any time of day. Recommend *by J***E on April 8, 2026* Thee have helped so much with my migraines and sleeping much better through the night… I highly recommend these the quality is amazing! No after taste like the calcium pills ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Impressed *by T***A on February 16, 2021* I’ve noticed that I’m a little more regular since taking them. About two going on three weeks since starting them. They are LARGE! I started taking two capsules instead of the recommended three just to make sure my body gets used to them. At first they were a pain to take but now I have mastered to get them down with no problem. I take them during the week right after I work out before breakfast and on the weekends right before breakfast. It says you can take them on an empty stomach I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND doing that it can make you nauseous so I would recommend right before you eat. It pairs well with my prebiotic/probiotic so that’s good. I got this on a whelm because I’ve had random chest pain and muscle fatigue for months and I researched the importance of magnesium and how it is the 4th most important mineral your body needs. So I decided to try it out. My chest pain isn’t nearly as frequent and I’m easing myself back into upperbody workouts. I’m waiting for the affects of helping with anxiety but it’s only been two going on three weeks. So far so good. ## Frequently Bought Together - Magnesium Supplement by Ancient Nutrition, Magnesium 300mg with Vitamin D for Immune Support, Adaptogenic Herbs, Enzyme Activated, Paleo & Keto Friendly, 90 Capsules - Ancient Nutrition Vitamin D Supplement, 5,000 IU Vitamin D3 + K2 for Immune Support, Made from Bone Broth and Mushroom Extract, Paleo and Keto Friendly, 60 Capsules - Ancient Nutrition Ancient Omegas Whole Body - ALA, DHA, EPA, ETA from Wild Caught Fish - 90 Capsules --- ## Why Shop on Desertcart? - 🛒 **Trusted by 1.3+ Million Shoppers** — Serving international shoppers since 2016 - 🌍 **Shop Globally** — Access 737+ million products across 21 categories - 💰 **No Hidden Fees** — All customs, duties, and taxes included in the price - 🔄 **15-Day Free Returns** — Hassle-free returns (30 days for PRO members) - 🔒 **Secure Payments** — Trusted payment options with buyer protection - ⭐ **TrustPilot Rated 4.5/5** — Based on 8,000+ happy customer reviews **Shop now:** [https://www.desertcart.at/products/121347107-ancient-nutrients-magnesium](https://www.desertcart.at/products/121347107-ancient-nutrients-magnesium) --- *Product available on Desertcart Austria* *Store origin: AT* *Last updated: 2026-10-18*
