Cook a full rack of ribs with no problems. *by T***S on Reviewed in the United States on May 25, 2020* This is a baking sheet on steroids. It seems thicker and stiffer than my other baking sheets. It is also much larger. It is deeper, too. It even comes with a cooling rack. I made a full rack of pork ribs in the oven on this. The whole rach fit fine. I cooked them on top of the rack after I lined the pan with aluminum foil to make clean up easier.After about 6 hours at 300 degrees, the ribs emerged ready for a magazine cover. Fall off the bone. Delicious. Everyone loved them. And this baking sheet made it all possible.No grease got under the aluminum foil. Cleaning the cooling rack (which wasn't used for that purpose), required some steel wool and elbow grease, but it came out fine. If you are a baker, you can make way more cookies on this rack than on any of your others.
