Product description A traditional populat anytime snack from Gujarat in West India. Dhokla is a steamed preparation made from fermented batter of rice & Urad dal with a tangy sour taste. (Makes 40 Khatta Dhoklas of approx. 12g each) Ingredients Rice Flour, SEMOLINA (WHEAT), Lentil Flour, Refined WHEAT Flour, Sugar Powder, Salt, Raising Agents (Sodium Bicarbonate (E500(ii)) & Citric Acid (E330)) & Asafoetida Directions Mix 1 cup of water and 1 cup of yogurt. Add 1 teaspoon of Eno fruit salt and let it rest for 5 minutes. Pour the contents of the Gits Khatta Dhokla mix into the liquid and mix well. Grease a steamer and pour the batter into it.
