We’ve made both pizza crust and pancakes according to the recipes on the back of the bag. I actually like the flavor of these pancakes better than the traditional pancakes I’m making for the rest of the family! The recipes are super easy to follow. The only complaint I have about it is that the zipper top doesn’t always close and I wish it came in a bigger bag!

When changing my diet for autoimmune reasons, I was so sad to give up bread products. We’ve made both pizza crust and pancakes according to the recipes on the back of the bag. I actually like the flavor of these pancakes better than the traditional pancakes I’m making for the rest of the family! The recipes are super easy to follow. The only complaint I have about it is that the zipper top doesn’t always close and I wish it came in a bigger bag!

I have celiac, so I’m sooooo happy I found this. Ordered it for my wedding reception, the restaurant subbed it in for products that needed flour, and everything was delicious. They used a 1:1 ratio for flour requirements. The cake was a bit more dense, but flavor was amazing and no one could believe it wasn’t made with regular flour. If you are grain-free, you should give this flour a try! I will never be without it in my pantry💘
