It was advertised as the best antivirus by PC magazine. I purchased it, loaded it up, and could not get it to operate. I called the company, they were very helpful, they linked to my computer, tapp danced deep in the computer and got it running allegedly. A couple days later it would not open up, a window said "I had a program stopping any virus protection from opening up". I called the company again, they linked up, went deep into windows programs tapp danced again and fixed the problem for their program only! I have other anti spyware cleanup programs and they are blocked from opening up and running. I called the company again and they implied that it wasn't their problem. IF YOU BUY THIS PROGRAM, PLAN ON HAVING YOUR COMPUTER "UNREPAIRIBLY BUGGED" WITHIN DAYS AND MAKING PHONE CALLS TO THE COMPANY ABOUT 3 TIMES A WEEK! TOTAL AND COMPLETE JUNK! The product does what it is supposed to and works well.
