I will have to admit that most of my Diving is in freshwater springs. Mine has not rusted in over a year. I have the same drain holes on a different dive bag, and they have rusted over a long period of time. But that bag was exposed to more salt water then the dive mask back. **Q: Does this have a strap on the back to attach the bag to a belt??** A: No. There is no strap or belt loop for attaching to a belt. Think of this as a padded mask bag only tho I do like mine. **Q: How much does this bag weigh?** A: Dont have a mail scale. Its light maybe half the weight of a mask. Good construction I keep mine in my work bag and protects and doesn't have any rips or unraveling . good quality bag has a spot fir drops on the end to with velcro flap. **Q: where does the snorkel go is it inside the bag thanks clay** A: The snorkel does not fit inside the bag. You have to lay it across the top of the mask and it sticks out on both ends. I really only use this bag to protect my mask from scratches. I don't store my snorkel in it. ## Customer Reviews ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Very good mask case *by M***. on December 11, 2024* I was unsure when I bought this if switching from the hard case my mask came in was safe and worth it. I was pleasantly surprised and impressed. It has sufficient padding and a good shape. It fits snugly with my padded head strap but that was a good thing. The featured pocket in the side is great for Seadrops *and hair ties. The other cool thing is the drain holes and the way it allows the mask to dry while still being protected. Great diving colors make the bag noticeable. We were ask several times about them. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Easy purchase, great case *by D***S on November 29, 2024* I actually own the red version of this case for my first mask and I purchased the black case for my second mask just to differentiate between the two masks, I really like the side pocket to keep my defogger and swimmer's ear easily accessible. Mask easily fits large wider masks and has the velcro closure that works great.
