A: It is NOT loaded with caffeine. It is CoffeA Arabica and is decaffeinated. Very clearly stated on label. Consumers need to READ the LABEL.

**Q: What are the warnings and contraindications?**
A: It didn't help me that much but I didn't take it but one bottle.  Try it for longer than I did and you could get results.

The constant state of brain fog and lack of concentration has significantly improved. My ability to focus and stay on task while not feeling overwhelmed is remarkable. It doesnt make me jittery or tense, and it doesnt interfere with my other medications. Its also around the price that Prevagen was when I first started taking it.
