If you are a foodie, love to cook-this is a nice light alternative to the pink Himalayan sea salt or coarse salt that is often recommended by the best chefs. You always salt from a height when cooking, dropping it in a sprinkle from above, You don't need as much with this diamond crystal. Very nice.

Has the best consistency for cooking and for table salt. It's so fine, it allows me to control amounts. When I need coarser salt I use Diamond Crystal Kosher Salt.
